Chanje Partners was established by Cameron Kirby, Stacey Baker and Jen Berryman in response to a genuine need for positive change in seniors living.
We are solution-driven first, and focus on a holistic care dimension that creates long-term financial sustainability and delivers a premium resident experience. We believe there are substantial opportunities to strengthen the quality, suitability and diversity of communities for Seniors Living and we work closely with our clients to achieve this.
Cameron Kirby DIRECTOR
Cameron is an industry leader in the establishment, management, and sale of seniors living communities across Australia.
A Chartered Accountant and Licensed Real Estate Agent, he has over 30 years’ executive experience including a number of successful merger and acquisition transactions and restructures.
As the former CEO and CFO of the Mark Moran Group, he completed the development of its world-renowned, award-winning Mark Moran Vaucluse village. More recently he has been guiding new market entrants in setting-up for success in seniors living.
In his role as Director at Chanje Partners, Cameron uses his many years of aged care and retirement living experience to provide developers keen to enter the sector and established operators with strategic, hands-on services to ensure their financial, operational, and sales success.
Together with Directors Jen and Stacey he’s not afraid to break new ground, and create innovative solutions to solve long-standing challenges in response to market demand.
Stacey Baker DIRECTOR
Stacey brings more than 25 years of professional experience in successful team and business management across multiple industry sectors including establishing and growing a number of successful customer centric businesses.
Her senior level experience in the hospitality and retail sectors, coupled with business experience in aged and disability care, has formed the foundation of her strengths in managing high performing teams, multi-project implementation and financial management.
With extensive experience in service industries, she appreciates the importance of truly understanding, listening and responding to what both customers and teams want and value.
Stacey is committed to creating more choices in Seniors Living in Australia and is particularly driven to create sustainable options that respond to the lifestyle and changing needs of residents today and into the future.
Jen Berryman DIRECTOR
Jen is a service-driven executive with over 20 years’ professional experience in corporate consulting and managing the delivery of quality services in the healthcare, retirement living, aged and disability sectors.
Having previously founded and grown a successful homecare services business which supported thousands of older Australians, she has valuable and powerful insights into what’s important to prospective residents and the skills to create and implement strategies which deliver a model of service which meets market demand.
As a former public relations director working across leading healthcare, luxury, lifestyle and finance brands, Jen also brings expertise in marketing and communications strategies, stakeholder collaboration and community engagement.
Her unique ability to create bespoke solutions which deliver successful business outcomes for corporate partners, while simultaneously exciting and empowering older Australians ensures she is a highly valued member of the Chanje Partners team.
